How It Works:

👉 You tell ChatGPT your niche (real estate), audience (buyers, sellers, agents, investors), and content type (social media posts, blogs, emails, videos, etc.).

👉 ChatGPT then generates 18 content ideas—3 for each of Cialdini’s 6 principles of influence:

  • Reciprocity (People feel obligated to return favors)

  • Commitment & Consistency (People like to follow through on commitments)

  • Social Proof (People trust what others validate)

  • Authority (People listen to experts)

  • Liking (People do business with those they know and like)

  • Scarcity (People want what’s limited or exclusive)

👉You pick an idea you like, and ChatGPT expands it into a full post or script.

Example for Real Estate:

Let’s say you enter this into ChatGPT:

ChatGPT might generate these ideas:
