Stop Worrying About Being "Annoying" - The Real Reason You're Not Selling More Homes🏡
Let’s have a real conversation.
Every week, I hear some version of this from agents:
“I don’t want to be annoying...”
“I don’t want to bother them...”
“I don’t want to seem too salesy...”
Look, I get it. You want to be liked. 😊 You want to be professional. 💼 You think being “low pressure” is some kind of strategy. 🤔
But here’s the hard truth:
The agents who worry most about being annoying are often the ones doing the fewest deals.
Why? Because they confuse passivity with professionalism.
😬 They’re afraid to follow up.
📞 Afraid to reach out again.
💼 Afraid to ask for the business.
💸 Afraid to sell.

Let me remind you: you’re in SALES. And sales is a proactive sport. Not a sit-back-and-hope-you-get-picked one.
You know who doesn’t think you’re annoying?
The person who wants to sell their house and needs an expert to guide them.
The buyer who’s overwhelmed and grateful when you take charge and lead.
The client who’s juggling a life change and needs someone to remind them what’s next.
You call it bothering people.
They call it leadership.
The truth is, the top producers? The ones stacking listings and writing offers every week?
👉 They follow up.
👉 They ask for the business.
👉 They stay top of mind.
👉 They act like pros.
This business isn’t for the timid. It’s for the bold.💥
So, if you're sitting on leads, past clients, open house sign-ins, Zillow inquiries, or people you "clicked with" at a barbecue 6 months ago—stop telling yourself that reaching out is pushy.📞💬
Start telling yourself this instead:
“Someone needs me to lead today.”
Your job is not to tiptoe around people’s inboxes or DMs.
Your job is to help people move their lives forward.
Get your mind right. Then get to work.
