What does the McRIB have to do with real estate?
First off, confession time: I’ve never actually had a McRib. But its popularity? Undeniable. The bigger story here is the sauce. Selling it by the half-gallon is a brilliant move by McDonald’s. And I can’t help but wonder...

What could we be selling? 💰
We’re already helping clients buy and sell homes—so why stop there?
Some team leaders and broker-owners I know have expanded into owning mortgage companies, escrow, and title services. Locally, a real estate agent I know bought a pool service company—also brilliant. Personally, I once toyed with the idea of putting a key-cutting machine in my office. Charge for keys? Why not?
Think about it:
Selling custom welcome home gift baskets (think locally sourced goodies)?
Partnering with a landscaping service or cleaning company to offer packages for new homeowners?
Creating a home maintenance subscription plan for clients?
Offering moving kits with packing supplies or branded labels?
The possibilities are endless when you think beyond just the house itself.
So, what do you think? What’s your “half-gallon McRib sauce” idea? Let’s brainstorm! 🧠
