Here’s the kicker: this is happening in a market where interest rates are sky-high compared to the good ol’ 3% days of 2021. Last week, the 30-year fixed mortgage rate punched past 7% again. But guess what? Prices keep rising. Why?🤔

Here’s the breakdown:

• Inventory is toast. There’s not enough housing to meet demand.

• Construction is crawling. New builds can’t fill the gap.
