App analytics firm Sensor Tower released its State of Mobile 2025 report, which says that for all of 2024, consumers spent nearly 2.4 trillion hours on social-media apps. Of the social media apps we wasted so much time on, TikTok was the leader, unsurprisingly.  Just a reminder to be where the eyes are! Other than to consume content, I’m not on TikTok but I can’t help but to think how much business I’m missing by not being there. You?

Who do you know? 🤔
If you are on the receiving end of “who do you know,” you immediately start to think about who do you know… 🧠 It’s the same for when you ask someone that question – they immediately start thinking about who they know. 👥

This is different than asking, “Do you know anybody that” ← we get to the NO too quickly.

Who do you know that is thinking of moving out of the city to the country?
Who do you know that is maybe looking for more or less space?
Who do you know that could be looking for the value of their home?
Who do you know that has talked about maybe investing in real estate?
Who do you know that maybe had trouble finding a house the last two years?

Using “Who Do You Know…” invites others into thinking with you. 🤝
